how to order

    LOCAL ORDERS ONLY PLEASE....I’m located in Odessa, TX and I DO NOT ship cookies. If you are not in my neck of the woods please be aware....UNLESS you’re willing to drive to my house to get your cookies, then by all means, I won’t question it!

         (Phone calls aren't my favorite, I like to have a visual conversation for reference of                                  details..my memory isn't great...and I may not be available to answer right away and a text/message allows me to respond when I get a chance....Also, I just don't like talking on the phone)

I just need basic information at this point...a date, an approximate amount of cookies, and the occasion/event. I'll check my calendar and respond to your request as soon as I possibly can. 

**Please note that my calendar stays very busy and I'm typically booked about 6-8 weeks ahead**

Once your order is accepted and officially on the calendar, you will receive a confirmation email/message within a week of your pickup date. This will be the last opportunity to work out any last minute details or changes. (If you need to increase your order amount at any point, please let me know ASAP....there is no guarantee I will be able to accommodate a larger order...this is completely dependent on my other order volume)

**  When you receive your confirmation message, please respond as soon as you can...cookies are a process and it can take a few days to complete just 1 order...I make my schedule for the week based on fully confirmed orders and there’s very little wiggle room once it’s set! PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY     

**If I'm unable to contact you for ANY reason to confirm your order, YOUR COOKIES WILL NOT BE MADE! 

DEPOSIT

I normally do not require a deposit to place an order

  **EXCEPTIONS**

If, for any reason, you fail to pick up an order, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit (50% of the order total) on future orders. Numerous no-shows will result in refusal of service...please be considerate of my time.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required at pickup (you're more than welcome to pay ahead if you prefer)...I accept cash, PayPal, Venmo and I have a Square reader for cards (I may even consider a barter if you have something cool to negotiate with!) 

**I do NOT offer discounts for “large” orders...I don’t get a discount for buying more ingredients and it takes the same amount of my time to make each dozen...Compared to some other “cookiers” out there, mine are a steal! 

REFUNDS

Absolutely NO refunds for broken cookies! Each order is carefully packaged and leaves my home intact. I'm not responsible for any damaged cookies after they leave my hands FOR ANY REASON. 

If, however, you are not satisfied with the quality of your cookies, I will consider a refund for any unbroken cookies that are returned to me.

PICKUPS

Pickup is at my house

   Weekdays...times vary and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule

   Saturdays...pickup is 9:30am-11:30am 

**If you need to make other arrangements, please let me know and I'll work with you.

DELIVERY

 I am willing to deliver, IF I have time and it’s not too far away, for an extra fee of course! Gas ain’t cheap lol

$10 inside Odessa city limits

$15 outside city limits (within a 30 mile radius)

SHIPPING

Unfortunately because I'm a home baker, Texas laws won't allow me to ship my cookies.
